Hi my name is Reggie. I’m originally from Kansas City MO but grew up in Virginia beach VA. I’m a father, husband and avid sports fan.
Personal training has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. In many ways training has changed my life. I have a burning desire to help others on their journey to a healthier and fit life style. The path to getting in the best shape that makes you happier, is a path that everyone needs or has had in-root to obtaining their goals.
